Estimated delivery for all products are 3-5 days
- For returns and exchanges please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
2. Please dispatch items back to us within 4 days of delivery.
3. We don’t offer a free returns service. To return an item please arrange a return with your local post office.
4. All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. Any faults, damages, you must report to us within 48 hours please at [email protected]
Please include a photo with your email.
5. Please return items in their original packaging.
6. Your delivery is completed when it arrives at the delivery address you have given us. If you do not accept delivery of a product after 3 attempts by the post office to deliver then we may treat the contract as being cancelled by you.
7. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for loss in value.
